Covid-19 Relief: To aid and assist our nation at this time of crisis, Brilliant Polymers has pledged funds to the PM Cares Fund, Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Fund, Feed Mumbai and to local NGOs involved with relief measures.
Donation of grain to a local NGO for Covid-19 relief
Education: Brilliant supports the Magic Bus Foundation that works with some of the world’s poorest children and young people, taking them from a childhood full of challenges to a life with meaningful livelihoods. They equip young people with the skills and knowledge they need to grow up and move out of poverty. Children on the Magic Bus programme complete school and go on to enroll in vocational institutes or colleges. We also support and contribute to the needs of schools in our local community.
Emergency Aid: Brilliant supports disaster relief efforts through direct contributions as well as through employee match funding schemes where we “match” funds raised by our employees. We have contributed to a number of such efforts including the Kerala Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief fund to help the victims of the Kerala Floods and the Bharat Ke Veer Fund to support families of the Indian Armed Forces.
Healthcare: In the field of health care and preventive health care we support the SRCC Children’s Hospital and have donated towards the hospital’s Poor Patients Fund.
Environmental Protection: We are in process of evaluating projects to educate the local community on waste management. This will include educational initiatives such as conducting workshops on waste segregation with a focus on plastics and their proper disposal.
